The hostess was not exactly friendly when we put our name in for a table (we're a party of six and were fine with a wait as we're used to it... We were told pretty rudely that we would have to wait 90 minutes "if we really wanted to put in our name." It ended up being about 30), but our server was nice, and overall experience was positive. The food is typical American diner/ casual dining kind of food, but it was good and the atmosphere is casual, family- friendly, and there are lots of options on the regular menu. The prices are also really reasonable, especially kids' meals. My kids enjoyed the onion rings, which are served on a fun stacked tray. I have Celiac disease and was thankful they had a gluten free menu. It's very limited, but I was able to get a burger with as gluten free bun and a baked potato. I think the other gf options were things like salads. It always surprises me when restaurants that have gluten free buns and sandwiches on their menus don't offer to substitute the bread for a gf bun. Maybe it's too hard to prevent cross contamination. That said, we left full and had a pretty good, casual meal.
