Cliffside Coffee & Sweets

I would actually give this a 3.5 star. I got a non-dairy hot cocoa and a couple pieces of their chocolates. I did notice they had some gluten free cones for their icecream. And non-dairy milk for their beverages. The view was amazing. The hot coca was good. But the person who helped me wasn't very nice. And had trouble taking my order. There is a sign they have listing the vegan options they have showing a non-dairy hot cocoa. So I read off the sign that's what I wanted and they seemed confused. So I repeated. Then I asked for 2 different chocolates and also repeated a couple times when asked, and in the end, one of them wasn't correct anyway. But I didn't notice until I had left the store and sat at a picnic table in the park area. Across the street there is a beautiful park area overlooking Otter Rock that has picnic benches and nice grass. So here are some pics from there. The hot cocoa was great though and appreciated the dairy free.

It was cold and rainy so I ordered a latte with oat milk. They had several alternatives to dairy milk for their coffee drinks, however other non dairy items are extremely limited despite the sign outside boasting vegan options. There were three vegan frozen treats, all sorbet and no actual "vegan ice cream". Other than the coffee and sorbet, they sell saltwater taffy, which is also vegan. I was pleased to see that they carried gluten free cones, which is hard to find.
