What a lovely little place, we had two delicious toasted sandwiches with fantastic ingredients and one was Gluten Free, coffee was top notch. Plus a glass of wine for $5.00 was great!!!

Very nice and they do a dairy free dirty chai! Its actually hard to find. They use grounded pleasures which is nice to see supporting local. Food was great! Eggs perfect and they do a gluten free option. The only problem was we sat at a booth and the cold air was gushing in from somewhere outside thought the bottom/back of our seat? I'd asked for a rug but they didn't have one, it was crazy cold but other than that would happily go back there for another chai 👍🏽
