Quintessential Quality. We showed up 40 minutes before closing with our young kids. The host quickly found a table and brought a high chair. The server (forgot to ask the name, but has a leg sleeve) was prompt, attentive, and gracious. Our gluten free pizza contrasted the stereotypical cauliflower, cracker, crust pizza—was cooked to perfect temp to appreciate texture and flavor rather than leaning toward Scandinavian hard tack. The chips w/ salsa and guacamole were fresh, but lean spicy (not a bad thing). I am a beer snob; I had two flights with all their lighter beers/amber/wheat/brown + a single Hazy and not one disappointed. Each was taste profile appropriate and pure quality. No skunk, questionable keg line cleanliness, artificial flavors (like you can get with wheat or Hefeweizens at times). This establishment is an absolute destination. Stay the course!
