My Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 5

I’ve been visiting Club Aspire for over a year now, and I can confidently say the service is excellent. The staff are brilliant and always helpful. The food is nice and hot, and they offer gluten-free options on request — always served with a friendly smile. It’s always a pleasure to return. A special thanks to Ison and Daniel for the great service!

Worst lounge I've ever been to in the world. No restrooms which may be understandable given Heathrow. Terrible food quality which is lower than Quality Inn's free breakfast. Not even an attempt to cater to people's allergens on dairy, meat or gluten. Worst, they moved me to a stool because I'm by myself and they need to make space for a family of 3. There are 2 chairs on the table. I don't care if someone takes the second chair. But ordering someone to move to a stool is impolite and just rude. They do the unnecessary drama of pre booking which makes you wonder if it will atleast be comfortable.
