Club Parramatta

Club Parramatta is a pleasurable place to eat, drink, and socialise. They serve some pretty fabulous cocktails upstairs, with some good music and a dance floor, if that's your thing. Family friendly, with an outdoor play area for the kids. I know also cater during the school holidays with kids' activities, etc. The club caters to vegetarians, Vegans, and even the gluten-free patrons. The food is of great quality and value for money. The staff are nice and friendly in the main areas of the club, 2 minor annoyances 1. Chris, the bingo caller, is seriously just rude. He lacks people skills and manners. 2. Nowhere near as annoying as the bingo guy is the lack of staff in the gaming area. Finding an employee in that area of the club can be rather frustrating along with time-consuming, especially if your food buzzer is frantically vibrating and beeping hinting lunch/dinner is served.. I honestly believe they do this in hope people will throw away more money while waiting.. Club Parramatta offers great food, drinks, and a family-friendly atmosphere for all to enjoy. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to eat, relax where the kids can play outdoors to give Club Parramatta a visit.

To Club Parramatta, Such an establishment as yourselves should have much better menus, that indicate properly whether or not something is indeed gluten free. The trouble ellicited from my recent experience was frankly pathetic. The Pork Belly is indicated in your menu as “gluten free”, however, it is not. And this was only indicated 5 minutes after ordering, by your wait staff. A perusal of your menu then revealed that there are other items, incorrectly labelled. What on earth is a customer suppposed to do here? Read minds? Learn the lingo? Perhaps, guess? Maybe Russian Roulette? Please do better.
