CoBo Sushi Bistro & Bar

We like to come here on a date from time to time. They have a few options for finding something Gluten Free outside of sushi 🍣. Make sure get a reservation because it is almost always busy. There is a very nice atmosphere for a date or get together with some friends. Not the best place for kids but our kids do well there ... mostly because they eat like adults. Im not sure they even have an highchair lol. Parking can and will likely be difficult so plan to walk.

We made no reservation on a Friday night. The wait was 40-50 mins, so they asked if we minded sitting at the bar- we were fine with that! We got to watch the sushi chefs make the food, which was pretty fun. I have celiac, they were extremely accommodating for GLUTEN FREE. The GF Hibachi chicken was sooooo delicious and flavorful with their house made gf soy sauce (Tamari). I definitely recommend the RED DRAGON roll if you enjoy sushi. It was the best sushi roll I have EVER had. After letting our waiter know we absolutely loved that roll— he told us that it’s Tony Hawk’s fav roll also! The staff were wonderful. We will for sure visit this place again.

This is one of our favorite places for a special meal in Boone. They do a great job with gluten sensitive orders.
