CoLab Kitchen Restaurant

All things excellent here! My most favorite burger! And they have homemade gluten free bread that is excellent! What a treat to have a smash burger on GF bread. The best treat ever! And ofc all of the baked goods are to die for. Bread pudding couldn’t be more awesome. Oh, and don’t skip the crab dip!

Not safe for Celiacs! Modifying my original review since the restaurant refuses to admit they did anything wrong when it is clear they did. Shame on you CoLab Kitchen. Below is my awful dining experience. CoLab owners and management team are cowards for not acknowledging their role or even attempting to be better. I visited here recently. Did my normal thing which is to inform wait staff that I am Celiac. Then asked, since they claim to have gluten free bread, if they could make the vegetarian bahn mi sandwich gluten free. Was told no problem. I asked multiple times and was assured by the chef it was safe. It was not. This was not just cross contamination. There were gluten ingredients in the food. I had a violent reaction to it.

I just have to say I love this restaurant, my bf and I came in Saturday, and Lauren was our server, she was so friendly, knowledgeable about vegan and gluten free options (since I’m allergic) I just have to say that now we are hooked and will be coming all the time, we’re coming from Port Saint Lucie, Lauren is the best!
