Oh my goodness! We were visiting this area and are so glad we found the Coastal Cowgirl! They were happy to whip up 4 delicious meals for us that were gluten free and dairy free! Their food is so nutritious and delicious. They were cracking real eggs in the kitchen, and using sourdough bread, etc. We will definitely come back when we’re visiting the area again. They even gave us free samples of homemade juice, fresh squeezed lemonade, and sourdough bread! I can’t say enough good things about them. I hope they become well-known treasures for this area. You will not get tastier food, better REAL food (no preservatives and yucky junk), or better service! Give them a shot! This is a real review and I had never met them before. :)

Can't believe I found Gluten Free, Vegan & Vegetarian options at an organic farm to table BBQ joint in a small town. Love that Navarre has a Farm to Table now
