Great service, helpful, we combined gluten-free food.

We had the vegan Moon burger. The food was good, original and filling, even if the vegetable pancake was a bit burnt on the edges and the gluten-free ground was small. What disgusted us was the approach to the customer. Casnik asked us if we would like a dip with the burger, that it was included in the price, so we ordered one each. When paying, the lady behind the bar charged us for it (it costs around 3 euros, so in total you pay more than 16 e for a burger with fries, which is enough) and she didn't let us know that the waiter incorrectly told us that it was included in the price, as is the case with other burgers . I would expect her to tell us off or at least apologize and not insist that we heard wrong when she wasn't even there when we ordered. We felt cheated and it disgusted us enough to visit the restaurant.
