Shtaaaaahp, this food was so good. They were busy, I mean full-busy. Regardless Chef Karina was on every order as it came up and her staff were on it every call for “Manos!” If you want the full “FoodNetwork” experience, sit at the end of the bar and watch the Chef/Owner work her magic. So special that a local got an idea, manifested the vision, and executed it so well. Bravo!!! 👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼
I had the guacamole, clever with the house-made tortillas and fresh cilantro. I also had the beet salad which was made with “candy cane beets”. Never heard of it and it was sooo good. Tres leche l, gluten free with corn flour?! Ok just stop it already 😩🙏🏼. Next time I come I’ll have this beef the marrow, looks good!
Overall, an elevated experience. Filled the belly and, considering her story, the soul. Pay a visit.
