Excellent service, Tasty Gluten Free scones, a cozy atmosphere, and great value. My husband said his scone had a similar texture to a buttermilk biscuit in the US. The place was full on a Thursday at 3:30 when we went, after an amazing visit to the castle and tulip gardens, so I recommend reservations. There are very narrow stairs.

Excellent Tea Room just outside the castle. My spouse is celiac and she had an excellent gluten free scone. We had simply tea and scones and the flavor and service were excellent. Highly recommend too anyone!

What a lovely place this is! After being let down by another restaurant I hurriedly Booked afternoon tea here for my friends birthday ! Well it was obviously meant to be! It was absolutely perfect. We didn’t have to wait ! We weren’t rushed at all! Excellent food and amazing price! Nothing was too much trouble. Gave us Extra hot water for the tea pot! They even brought out a slice of cake with a candle in it for my friend! Tasty food ! I’m coeliac and vegetarian and didn’t miss out on anything , Sandwiches scones and cakes all gluten free/vegetarian . Thankyou for making my friends birthday 🎂
