The staff are awesome, very friendly and helpful. The reason I did not give 5 stars is they don't seem to be well-trained on correctly serving gluten-free meals. As a business practice, all servers and food prep personnel should be fully trained on serving foods with allergens when the customer requests an allergy alert be placed on their order.
