The answer was always the same "There is cross contamination and I can’t make sure you that it is 100% gluten free"
A little tired of the same thing, I walked to a very nice place where there were different food trucks, a small creek, and plenty of place and grass to sit. My partner asked for celiacs option in this place "Coco Hut. My Pad Thai was delicious, plus I had a gluten free kombucha. All very well declared 100% gluten free. The concern and knowledge about celiac disease was very noticeable and much appreciated. ❤️ Highly recommended. Just go, mention, and enjoy. Compliments to the Chef and the girl who attended me and understood my need!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
