New favorite ice cream 🍦 spot unlocked. The shop is very clean and inviting, service is friendly and polite. The ice-cream is delicious, absolutely great and unique. We loved everything and will be back to try more! Gluten free and dairy free options available as well.

Absolutely our favorite place hands down. As a gluten and dairy free family finding GOOD treat options is hard...Cocoa 40 meets this challenge and surpasses our expectations everytime.
Staff and owners have always been lovely to interact with, polite and kind to my children and engaging with my family. This is not always found and this establishment has never once failed to treat my family with sweetness.
Thank you for making delicious treats, having amazing chats with my children always and helping to spread kindness one Gelato and chocolate at a time.
