I love cocoa cinnamon, it’s quickly become one of my favorite coffee stops in durham.
good service, fast and good coffee, and delicious snacks from ninth st bakery available along with a full list of ingredients - my favorite is the gluten free m&m monster cookie.
indoor and outdoor seating available. it can be a little uncomfortable sometimes when the homeless approach or stare but is otherwise a lovely place to hang out and chat or work.

Granada dark drinking chocolate with oat milk and Tenochtitlan spice was soooo good. Sweet, spicy, rich, cozyyy.
Gluten free and dairy free.
Barista and cashier were so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient (even during a rush).
Grabbed my drink to go but the spot had cool vibes too.
