Waited 25 minutes for two toasties to come out. (5 minutes apart). The gluten free toastie (which I paid a $2 premium for) was half the size of the regular toastie. I politely asked if I could have a toastie of the similar size. I did not think this was an unreasonable request. The manager said if I wanted that size I could order the regular bread. (???) (I am celiac). I have worked in hospitality before. More consideration should be given to the way customers are engaged with. On top of that, there is a 10% weekend surcharge. Feeling robbed paying close to $15 for something so pitiful. Won’t be coming back.
