It's a local staple! No gluten free menu per se, but staff is aware of gluten and will cook items on a separate pan if you request.

I got the Loco Moco with no gravy or toast. With a side of sliced tomatoes and tabasco it was a really safe gluten free option. Bowl of rice, beef patty topped with eggs. Awesome. Best diner in 700 miles Niceville gem.
