We had a great experience here today! My husband and I went for coffee here and since I’m gluten free I thought I would be sneaky and bring in a piece of cake from Bakehouse 1823 (which is amazing if you’re gluten free). The owner noticed and said that outside food wasn’t allowed (understandable) and then told me they were about to release new gluten free options that would be unique from the Bakehouse so as not to compete with them which I think is really admirable. She then brought out two new gluten free options for us to try and they were really good! We like coffeehouse 5 because their coffee is (in our opinion) the absolute best. Not acidic or bitter. Now we will definitely be back for treats as well! And don’t worry, I will still continue to go to the Bakehouse! It’s just nice to have more options!
