I'd been to Cofi Jaus in Montañeses a while back, and it was a disaster. I hate giving bad reviews or low ratings, but I'll explain why. That time, I waited over 45 minutes for a coffee and avocado toast when I was almost the only one there. On top of that, the avocado medley she'd made was inedible because it was so sour. Horrible, and she had to leave half of it. Today, my friends and I went to this other branch in Belgrano. The guy who served us was DIVINE, but the food was a disaster. It arrived about 50 minutes after we ordered our food, when ONE person asked for a gluten-free toast that had to be prepared. Everything else was on display in the window... Our coffees arrived cold (not cold from the barista, but cold because they'd been sitting there for a while). And what bothered me the most is that I ordered two croissants, and he came back to tell me they didn't have any; then I told him Basque cake, and he came back to tell me they didn't have any either. So I ended up ordering a chocolate cake, which I wasn't really tempted by, but in the rush to order something, I had to order it because everything I wanted wasn't available. It was a long weekend, and I feel like they should have had stock of something as simple as croissants...

I had left a lovely review for this place because I loved it. I ordered through a delivery app, and they called to let me know they didn't have what I ordered. I told them I'd rather cancel the order because I have celiac disease and there were no other sweet options. I've been calling for 10 minutes because they won't cancel my order. Not only because of the money, but because the delivery person working on a rainy day is wasting his time.

Cofi Jaus is a gem for coffee lovers ☕💛 A super warm place, with a cozy and modern atmosphere, ideal for both a quick break and to sit down and enjoy in peace. In addition, it has a nice outdoor patio 🌿✨, perfect for nice days and to relax with a good coffee in a quiet environment. Their coffee is of excellent quality, with a varied menu that includes classic and special options. They also offer several closed gluten-free products, which is a great plus for those looking for suitable options 🍪🌾🚫 The service is friendly and always willing, and they have a great loyalty system: with the loyalty card, after buying 6 coffees, they give you 1 🎉👏 A great incentive to come back and continue trying their options. It is a perfect spot to work for a while, meet friends or simply enjoy a good, well-prepared coffee. Without a doubt, a place that always makes you want to return 🔥☕✨
