Best Gluten Free Pizza I've Ever Had!
I haven't been to Colasantes in years because my wife can't eat gluten but recently found out that they started offering gluten free crust. I ordered a regular pizza and my wife had the gluten free. You can hardly tell the difference. Both are great. I told they make their gluten free crust from scratch. I can assure you this is NOT a frozen or pre-packaged crust like most other restaurants around here use.
My only suggestion to the restaurant: Advertise you gluten free offerings! The pizza is amazing and I couldn't find anything about it on your website!
