I think this is going to be a great restaurant once they establish a routine, the staff settles in, and they work out a few kinks. The food has a good flavor, but the menu can be a little confusing in trying to determine if something is gluten-free or not. The owner was excellent in accomidating celiacs disease and a gluten sensitivity and personally handled the order.
