Lots of great options for all preferences - plain things for the kids, vegetarian and vegan options, and a gluten free egg free bagel that our youngest with allergies could have.

I love CTB and always go whenever I'm in town.
Please be careful packing your food, though -- we ordered a vegetarian bagel on sesame and another on a gluten free bagel and they were packed so that each box had half of each bagel.
