Everyone was so very impressed with how the special birthday cake Colline made for my husband's birthday party looked and tasted. Particularly as my son-in-law’s Mum, who always makes their family birthday cakes makes beautiful looking cakes. But they are always really solid and not good tasting. Such a waste. No fears of that being the case with Colline's cake
I was so pleased that Colline agreed to do a separate individual gluten free cake for the coeliac who was attending our party. And that went down just as well as the big cake.
