Very limited Gluten Free. Definitely not Gluten Free friendly at all. Breakfast extremely not GF friendly because of griddle used for everything, no dedicated area even for eggs (so no fried or scrambled). No GF bread. I had 3 poached eggs, smoked salmon and spinach which was good, but no Hollandaise sauce or English muffin. Waitress was so pleasant and tried to be helpful, but she was limited.

I always feel good when I call Comfi of Belmar, they answer the phone in such a chipper tone! The waitresses at Comfi of Belmar are always so attentive and very accommodating of gluten free and vegetarian customizations to meals. This cute little diner is a fantastic place to take your family for breakfast, go for a filling and delicious lunch, or to order takeout from. My office orders nearly every day and the food is always super tasty and they have really reasonable portions.
