This was the best duck I've ever had in my life, and appreciated the large number of gluten free and dairy free options

Comfort Kitchen was a very cool experience. From unique and wildly delicious drinks and meals, to the incredible service from every single staff member, to the story that underpins their entire ethos, I adored this place. They made extra efforts to ensure my gluten free (celiac) needs were taken care of as well. Amazing.

Restaurant was accommodating of walk-ins as it was not super busy. Our server was decent. The hostess was not very friendly and we noticed we received different treatment compared to other guests. (1. We were rudely handed our menus when checking in to take to our seats while other guests were guided to their seats and provided with a menu directly on the table and 2. the hostess proceeded to talk to every single other table in the restaurant asking about their experience and checking in with guests besides ours. It was super obvious and unwelcoming) Food: The Aachar beef is veyr tasty. The jackfruit sliders were tasty but slightly too salty. The yucca fries and also very tasty, but some parts were hard to chew. The atmosphere is beautiful and calming and it's encouraged to have a reservation (and show up on time). Overall, the experience was nice and quality of the food was good (inclusive for dairy free / vegan/ or gluten free diet), but interactions with hostess made is less than welcome for us.
