The raw cachopo, with little filling, and the very salty Cabrales sauce. The potatoes are undercooked. They don't have cider. They have gluten-free and lactose-free croquettes. It's kind of expensive.

The restaurant is beautiful, full of antiques and colorful decorations, a very elegant place. We reserved a table for 8 people for the meal, the dishes were delicious with fresh, quality ingredients! They have paid special attention to the fact that 4 of the diners were gluten intolerant, offering them gluten-free bread and providing them with options suitable for celiacs on the menu. Thanks to the fact that there were many of us, we were able to taste almost all the desserts on the menu, in my case I ordered a strawberry cream on chocolate cake that came with a scoop of tangerine ice cream, it was exquisite!! My companions ordered egg flan (suitable for celiacs), cheese flan and chocolate symphony (also suitable for celiacs). All delicious! The attention at the height of the restaurant, relentless, my congratulations and thanks for the good time we had there.
