“The Swole Bowl That Changed My Life” I came in hungry and left questioning whether I’d just eaten lunch or joined a fitness cult — in the best possible way. The Swole Bowl at Condado should come with a warning label: “May cause spontaneous flexing.” There was some of that and not arms more like I had a full stomach and took a food coma nap. 😃 We’re talking 61 grams of pure protein power wrapped in roasted chicken, rice, black beans, queso blanco, and enough flavor to make your taste buds do push-ups. The Thai red cabbage? A crunchy surprise attack. The pickled jalapeños? A fiery motivation speech in vegetable form. And that avocado ranch sauce? I’m convinced it’s liquid happiness. The staff were absolute legends friendly, fast, and somehow didn’t laugh when I asked if eating this made me automatically eligible for a gym membership. Oh, and gluten-free options? Bless you, Condado! Finding a meal that’s this good and priced just right is like discovering edible treasure. I spent about $16 (for the bowl as I added extra protein) and walked out feeling like a champion. Thank you, Condado, for proving that delicious food and gluten-free gains can coexist. 💪🌮

We went there for the first time tonight. You don’t know often anymore, but found the menu irresistible and the reviews were better than most we’d seen all online. I’m vegetarian and went with someone who is gluten intolerant. We had absolutely no issues being accommodated, which is not always easy. The food was amazing, but what was even better was the service! Our waiter was Gabriel. He was attentive, but not cloying; he made sure taken care of and very well also. I’m extremely particular, one of those “everything on the side” people, and he had no issues whatsoever with it. You can tell when someone does and he really didn’t. At the end of the meal I asked that he gave his manager the receipt after I had put a note on it stating how amazing he was. He didn’t even look at it and took it straight to her. Beth, his manager, was near the door, and spoke with us as we left. She was as charming as Gabriel. We let her know how much we enjoyed her meal and the service, and that we would definitely be back. We live about 45 miles from this restaurant, but it was well worth the trip. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a wonderful meal and especially to people with dietary restrictions, such as vegetarians and vegans, or food allergies, etc. The care with which our food was made and the attention to our needs was nothing less than outstanding.

OMG!!!! CANT SAY MORE THEN ENOUGH HOW AMAZING AND TENDER THE FOOD IS HERE! VEGAN AND GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS! Clean restaurant and everyone is so welcoming and friendly! Definitely got a customer for life!!
