Casey created a beautiful, delicious gluten-free wedding cake that was exactly what we were hoping for. Textured buttercream with light, spongy cake and melt-in-your mouth decadent pastry cream filling. We added a few sprigs of flowers from our florist that tied to our floral design, and the cake looked stunning. Of course we've frozen the top tier to enjoy on our one-year anniversary, but I'm still happily starting my day with a few bites of fabulous wedding cake with my morning coffee.
