Edit* Customer service is still super shaky here. The store seems understaffed for the sale volume they have. They still can't make Cajun fries, I had 4 orders of them only 1 order had the Cajun spice on it, and it was so much the fries weren't edible. Original review below Customer service is not something they offer. Food was ok. We ordered 4 meals with Cajun fries and only 1 of them had Cajun fries. Thanks for that. I have one in our family who is gluten free and ordered her burger with no bun, yep, you guessed it, came on a bun.

Always mess up order RUDE staff This place makes the top five places to go late at night in Rock Hill. This is a teeny bopper and college mecca. It attracts long car lines at night and throngs of people on the inside. The customer service individuals can be a little quirky but are generally nice and hard working folks. They do the gluten free thing with flying colors. You can get a burger salad here and it tastes amazing. You can also get the pork plate.
