Came here for dinner tonight with my mum and a couple of friends, we didn’t have a booking but Katie got us seated at the bar and got us a table ready. Mum and I are gluten free so Katie took the time to run through everything we could eat and then her and the team made the whole dining room experience so enjoyable. The food was good, the vibe was great but the staff was better. We’ll be back xx

Service was terribly slow last night. My daughter’s entree came out without anyone else’s. She finished it before the waitress came over to say the one I had ordered couldn’t actually be made gluten free. Grateful they didn’t just serve me a meal containing gluten, but ridiculous that my daughter had finished her entire meal before they let me know and that the two other members of our party were still waiting to receive their entrees. By the time the mains came out, we had been seated for half of our allocated booking time. And then one main was missing. I questioned the waitress who said it was coming. We finished all other food before it turned up at our table. Only had our water glasses refilled once too. Food was delicious but when you are paying premium prices, this kind of service is unacceptable.
