So fun! Paola and Mario were so welcoming and we can’t say enough about how fantastic the class is. We had several dietary preferences/requirements and they made it all work, with the food tasting amazing. We cooked gluten free pasta that tasted better than regular pastas! It was such a great night and the highlight of our trip!
