Cookio Café

Finally, Cookio Cafe has opened in Las Vegas at Tropicana and Fort Apache Rd, just right off Highway 215! I used to order from them, and my kids absolutely love their soft, chewy Cuban cookies. We usually order the box of 12 cookies so we can get a couple of every flavor! The cafe is easy to find with plenty of parking, making it super convenient. Owners and chefs Alejandro and Johnny are so passionate and welcoming, making the experience even better. Their signature Cuban cookie is a must-try, and their sandwiches are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly pressed. They also have gluten-free cookies for only $0.50 more, which is a great deal! If you’re in Vegas, this is a must-try spot!
