So, picture this: My friends and I are cruising down from Lake Tahoe, minding my own business, when suddenly I find myself in the little town of Mindin, NV. Wanted a bite to eat and stumble upon Cookd . The hostess greets us at the door like she's been expecting us all along - talk about a warm welcome! She seats us right away, and before I can even say "pizza," the wait staff swoops in to take our order. It's a Sunday evening, and lo and behold, they've got a deal on pizza - 50% off! But here's the catch: if you order one, you can only have two take out boxes home in a plastic box. I mean, talk about a slice of the action! Don't you just love a good food policy that keeps you on your toes? The gluten free cuts I ordered was excellent. And let's not forget about the full bar - hello, cocktails! 🍹 Because what pairs better with pizza than a fancy drink, am I right? The place has a great vibe, but fair warning: those pizzas take their sweet time to come out of the oven. So, if you're in a rush, maybe stick to the appetizers. But hey, they've got a whole menu of other delicious options to keep you satisfied. All in all, Mindin's got a lot going for it - good food, good drinks, and good times. Who knew a tiny town could pack such a punch? I’d go there again.

Love this spot!! The food was incredible and the service was even better. On Sundays they have half priced pizza, which was a phenomenal deal, considering they make their dough in-house. They even had gluten free cauliflower crust, which was sooo tasty (especially with the pistachio pizza). Our waitress, Kendra, was so great and it was such a joy to spend our Sunday night here. We’ll be back for sure!
