COOP has the BEST Gluten Free fried chicken that does not use a shared fryer! I have celiac disease and I feel safe eating here. They take allergies very serious and use good practices when it comes to gluten allergy. The vibe at this place is fun and makes you feel welcomed! Highly recommend. We loved it! It was busy when we walked in. That did not stop us from moving closer to the bar since we know it’s closer to the food and the beer 😜. The bartender was very helpful we had some really good drinks and then…… and then the food came out. If you like fried chicken and BBQ food its the perfect quick fix. The burger my friend ordered “Bordaine Burger” gave me FOMO. My spouse ordered the bbq sandwhich “no survivors with that dish” and I had to be basic and order the tenders. The tenders were so juicy and the coating was just right. If you are on a diet this will not be the place to go unless, you are gluten free. They offer that as well. We will be back.
