Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Kildeer, IL

Enjoyed a wonderful meal with excellent service by our waiter Daniel. Though we had a glitch with our order ticket, the floor/kitchen manager made the evening a success by dealing with it expeditiously to everyone's satisfaction. The gluten free menu (including desserts) is expansive, and paired wine options were spot on. All our food was served hot and portions were filling. Highly recommend this chain and this location (Killdeer IL) for a great atmosphere, high quality food, and excellent service.

If I could give service a 10 I would. We go here atleast 2x a month. We love that this location is so close to us! Food is always amazing, and they have a large gluten free menu and free gluten free bread! On the rare occasion something is wrong 1/100 visits they over accommodate for the issue. The service recovery and staff and management are outstanding! Food at every location is excellent. This is our most visited place to go out to eat with our friends and family. The kids love the children's menu too.

Poor experience for someone who is Gluten free.
