If you want the real Texan BBQ experience, you MUST come here. You line up outside and pick your meat from the grill. You get bombarded with smoke that leaves your mouth watering and ready to eat. Meat is very juicy and seasoned well. I would say this is the best BBQ spot in Llano and definitely the best experience I’ve had in Texas.
There is lots of sitting areas to eat. There is a gluten free option to eating your brisket besides bread. Cooper’s has baked potatoes where you can load with your meat, super tasty. Towards the end of the line, your meat gets chopped up and packaged for you to eat. Brisket is smoky and wet. Chicken is seasoned well and very moist. Sausage links are not spicy and pretty good. Great place to eat with the family and get your grub on.
