I had the BEST experience at Cooper Mountain Ale Works this evening. I am gluten free. Our waiter said that his wife is celiac so we were in good hands. I ordered a gluten free pub Burger with roasted vegetables as a side. (Their house made waffle fries have gluten)
I FRICKIN KID YOU NOT THIS BURGER -- ONE OF THE TOP 3 I'VE HAD IN MY LIFE. Our waiter said that they grind their own fresh hamburger on site. Those patties were 🔥🔥🔥. I can't explain. Just SO GOOD. Highly recommend.

I went here on a whim and had a great experience. Was impressed with the food and as someone who is gluten free eating at a brewery is less than ideal but Abby our waitress was more than accommodating to ensure I got the correct food.
