Absolutely Stunning Display, Great Breads, Croissant Texture Needs a Little More Work.
I recently visited Copains for breakfast while on the hunt for the best gluten-free pastries in Paris, and I was immediately struck by the presentation. The way they display their pastries is absolutely stunning – you truly feel like you've stepped into a haute couture bakery! Each pastry is a work of art, and it's clear a lot of effort goes into their creation.
While the pastries looked absolutely beautiful, I personally found that they lacked that authentic croissant texture I've been craving since going gluten-free. It was still good, and I appreciate their dedication to crafting such beautiful gluten-free options, but it wasn't my favorite croissant of the trip.
However, their breads are a different story – they are incredibly delicious! I highly recommend a stop at one of their several locations throughout Paris if you're in search of fantastic gluten-free breads and beautiful gluten-free treats.
Despite the croissant not being a perfect match for my craving, the overall experience and the quality of their other products make it a worthwhile visit for anyone with dietary restrictions.
