This place was kind of a cluster. The good: My wife got the aztec bowl & that was pretty good. And the baked fries that came with my burger were really good. The bad: They served up a Cesar salad to our friend without any dressing, and had a hard time finding the dressing when asked for some. The Shitake Teriyaki burger was just a smear of mushroom, cabbage, and sauce on a bun and looked nothing like the picture on the menu. The ugly: They tried to convince me that a whole wheat bun was gluten free. It took a few minutes, but they eventually checked the packaging from the buns and re-made the burger on a small GF bagle. They didn't actually have any GF buns despite it being on the menu, and it sounded like their cook didn't know what GF meant. This could result in someone with ceilac getting really sick from their food. I expect better from a restaurant like this.

This casual vegan restaurant- I wish there were more marked gluten free options. The truffle pizza was good, my partner had the bao buns and said they would’ve been better with more filling inside. Overall, okay food for dietary restrictions .. but portion sizes are not great and it’s a little expensive for what you get flavor wise too.

Vegan for 5 years and love to try new places. This will not be one to come back to. My husband got the shiitake burger and chili cheese fries, he couldn’t take more than a bite. It was steamed and slimy and the chili was watered down and bland. The fries were mush, like they were a day old. I got the chili fries because that seemed to be the safest for being Gluten free. Which they say they can accommodate but being celiac I take care as to how and what I eat. It was the safest by far for just fries and after 20 minutes of checking the chili ingredients from a can. The chili was watered down, bland and the fries were re heated in the oven as there were already cooked previously. They mushed in your mouth while dripping in old oil. The service was nice but that cannot not make up for the poor tasting food. Nothing is made fresh and the nachos are Tostitos chips with follow your heart cheese, I inquired about them as well and she showed me. But the lady who helped me was super nice about all of it and she tried hard to help with keeping the cook from cross contamination from my husband’s to mine. I wish it was better, live and learn. This may be a better place for people who are new to being vegan with no allergies.
