The Copper Canyon Grill (this location) never disappoints—that’s why we keep coming back! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served with great attention to detail. We’re obsessed with the cornbread (a must-order!), perfectly cooked salmon, seared ahi tuna salad, and the crab cakes (even the sandwich). The skinny fries are crispy perfection, the rattlesnake pasta is a flavorful standout, and even the house salad feels special. And let’s not forget the Pear-tini — always a delightful way to start the meal!
Our only humble request: Would love to see a gluten-free version of the calamari for those of us with dietary restrictions. It’s one of the few items we can’t enjoy, and we’d be thrilled if it joined the GF lineup!
