My husband and I dined at Coppia for the first time last night. It was my 60th birthday and were recommended to try several other restaurants around Cleveland. After driving by Coppia one day, I looked up the menu and decided we needed to try this little gem. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint. From the beginning to the end, everything was top notch. Our server was extremely attentive with refilling water and pouring wine as soon as one of our glasses was slightly depleted. I happen to be gluten free and they were very attentive to my dietary needs. Chef Talia even came out at one point to check on us and thank us for coming. We have been blessed with the opportunity to dine at quite a few restaurants abroad, several being Michelin starred, and I can definitely see Coppia being at that level.
We will be back for sure!!!
