Returned due to good experiences in the past. The outside furniture is broken and dangerous. Ladies toilets were flooded with no caution sign, I'm surprised non of the elderly clientele had slipped and fallen in there as it wasn't just a small puddle, the entire floor area was wet with puddles in dipped areas. The dining area was cosy and looked very nice. The food was nothing exciting. My husband had the signature burger and he was very disappointed as it was just a burger bun, with a burger patty and lettuce and ketchup, he commented on it being bland and boring. I had the liver pate with gluten free bread which I enjoyed. The waitresses service was unfortunate. Unfortunately my husband didn't notice the service charge was already added to the bill as that should not be automatically added. How many of your guests do not notice that and add gratuity on top. All in all, not a great experience so will not return in the future.

Overall we were extreamly happy, with the service from all your colleagues, the food was cooked and presented well and tasted delicious, we didn't have to wait to long for anything either, it all seemed to be running smoothly I had pre ordered cauliflower cheese, which didn't turn up, and it wasn't until it was to late, we had nearly finnished our dinners, that we realised it hadn't come, but it didn't rally make much difference, as we enjoyed what we had and there was plenty. I spoke to a waitress and she confirmed it had been forgotten, and removed it off the bill. My daughter who is vegetarian and gluten free was also happy, as you provided her with a yorkshire pudding, which so many places won't do it, though it would be nice for her to have a bit more choice from the menu, as all she could have was soup to start and the tart as a main. She did get a couple of choices on puddings, she had the cheesecake, she was a little underwhelmed with it, and said the trio dessert was better last year. Overall well done to everyone and a happy new year to you all, Karen gaughan
