My husband and I eat at Cora’s Bistro every so often. We just like the atmosphere, staff, and so far the delicious dinners. I only think the carrot cake needs a nice butter icing , as before. The no gluten icing on the carrot cake was not edible.

Chicken and Waffles was excellent 👍 We split the meal and it was served on separate plates, each with our own baked potato. It was a tough choice, so many of the menu items sounded good. There was a thoughtful amount of vegetarian & gluten free options/substitutes. Friendly staff & well priced, this is a sure bet if you find yourself in the sleepy little town of Hawley PA.
