Corbin Catering and Foods

We had Corbin cater for a gathering of about 20 at our house. We wanted a selection of finger-foods with options for vegan and gluten free. The food was fresh, delivered on time, and received raves from our guests. The charcuterie boards were a work of art. The grape-chèvre-pistachio lollipops were the smash hit of the party, possibly followed only by the prosciutto-wrapped figs and the chicken skewers with what our friend described as “the best tzatziki I’ve ever had.” High praise from someone from Greek heritage! We could not have been happier with the food and the experience with Corbin, and will not hesitate to order from them again.

Chef Corbin catered a 90th birthday celebration for my mother recently. Corbin is a skilled professional, super organized and very calm - nothing was a problem. Corbin was very thorough in terms of menu detail and required rentals in his quotes. He was flexible and accommodated our suggested menu revisions and was very willing to serve a family favourite fruit punch. We had originally thought of having all the food on tables for folks to browse, however, Corbin suggested passed canapes as well, which was a nice touch and supported the festive mood we were aiming for. Gluten-free options were plentiful and were identified with signage on the buffet table. As well, Corbin suggested yellow table runners for the guest tables to continue with our daffodil theme. On party day, Corbin’s team cheerfully helped set up the room (tables, chairs, linens) and the food so everything was ready well before the event start time. Corbin brought a larger team than originally planned, which was much appreciated. In addition, Corbin contributed a huge, beautiful bouquet of yellow flowers which we displayed on the birthday cake table. Corbin’s work was outstanding! Our guests raved about the food; it was all so yummy! We were very pleased with everything and highly recommend Corbin for any catering you might need.
