Thoroughly disappointed with their service and the food. First time here out of town and I was really excited to try new gluten-free restaurant with high review. I don’t like spicy food and it was a chilly day, and all their premade warm bowls were spicy, so I explained to the staff I was new there and wanted to build my own bowl that’s warm with cooked vegetables and not spicy. The girl couldn’t have been less helpful. She kept giving me wrong information and another staff afar would correct her. I specifically asked for cooked vegetables and I ended up with 3 raw vegetables. Towards the end, I found a section with roasted vegetables, I told the server in that section I wanted cooked vegetables and the first girl didn’t even mention the roasted vegetables, so I wanted to redo the bowl. She said the roasted vegetables are extra so I have to pay extra anyways. I ended up with two bowls, paid a fortune and didn’t even finish the first bowl because their quinoa is RAW. All I asked was warm, cooked vegetables. I ate cold, uncooked vegetables. I eat gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free. After eating half the food they served, my conclusion is that this is one of those “gluten-free” restaurants that replace gluten with sugar. Replacing one evil with another does not make healthy food. I will not return here.
