Cori Pastificio Trattoria

We were blown away by the food! My daughter is Celiac so finding a restaurant that is safe is really a challenge, forget about it being fine dining. The staff was knowledgeable and caring about our concerns, plus there were so many options my daughter could safely choose from! We started with the Zucca (a delicious butternut squash salad) and finished with the Ditalini, a seafood-packed broth with HOMEMADE gluten-free pasta that is cooked separately, making it safe for celiacs. We were truly delighted by our experience at Cori and will definitely be back soon! Thank you for taking food allergies so seriously!

The CELIAC REVIEW This is the Italian Restaurant where you want to take your partner, your parents, his/her/their parents, your friends. Such a great experience everytime you visit. Food is excellent. All the staff is knowledge about gluten, dishes that are gluten-free and what not. If they aren't sure about something they'll double ask in the kitchen. All the pasta, regular and gluten-free is homemade. If you tell about your allergy or celiac, they will do their best to avoid any cross contamination. Food is great, service is great, ambience is warm, inviting and vivacious.
