As a lifelong resident of Schenectady and being of Italian heritage, the dishes here are consistently executed with skill. Unfortunately (for me) I have celiac and cannot partake in many of the Italian staples I grew up on. Cornellā€™s has gone above and beyond to amend the dishes they can to ensure they are gluten free and to boot they offer the best GF bread I have ever had. Highly recommend.

Had a very good dinner for 10 of us including gluten free children and a vegan. The waitress was very accommodating to all our needs even though the restaurant had a post proctors matinee rush. Good food and great servicešŸ‘
