queer friendly stopped here after the gorge! The gluten free options are so amazing! It can be hard to find good gluten free pizza options and this is one! We shared a pepperoni with pineapple and caprice salad and each got a crème brûlée! after camping for three days in a place with almost no gluten free options this felt like an oasis! 1000/10 go here if you are gluten free!

If I could give less than one star I would. If you’re looking for somewhere to eat in Ellensburg, don’t waste your money here. We loved Cornerstone Pie and visited regularly. They are now under new ownership/management and it was a night and day experience. They won’t last long with the way they treat their customers. The new Cornerstone Italian Kitchen has terrible customer service and mediocre food. The staff members we dealt with were rude and uninviting, very shocking restaurant owner/manager/employee behavior. We made a reservation for a large party and even pre-ordered 10 pizzas to make it easier on them so they could start prepping early. They were upset when we wanted to order more food and drinks upon arrival. They ordered us to stay in our seats even though we had the whole back room and wanted to mingle amongst ourselves. They act like they are trying to become fine dining, however they served us with paper plates. The pizza was under-cooked. We ordered a gluten free beer and were given a non-alcoholic fully gluten beer, when they tried to remedy this they brought another beer that they said was gluten free and it stated on the label that it contains gluten, and this person claimed to be their bar manager. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. If the attitudes of the staff were better, it would be easy to overlook the food/beer situation, but that was not the case. It was all very disappointing. RIP Cornerstone Pie
