Bistro Corso

Fantastic to be able to choose both pizza and pasta gluten free! I had gluten free pasta, and it tasted absolutely delicious. Large portion; I was stuffed - and very happy!

My wife and I had a really great experience at Corso Bistro in Pula. I ordered the cheeseburger and it was absolutely perfect – juicy, flavorful and with a lovely layer of cheese that melted on your tongue. The burger bun was fresh and everything came together in a way that made me already look forward to returning. My wife has celiac disease and she was equally happy with her gluten-free pasta. Often gluten-free options are bland or dry, but this dish was truly on point – the taste and texture were superb and she felt taken care of in a way that not all restaurants can. The service was also incredibly good. The staff were attentive, welcoming and very professional. It felt like they really cared about our experience. A restaurant that delivers on all counts – food, allergy-friendly and service – deserves all the recognition. We will definitely be back

Fantastic experience from start to end with being able to accommodate plenty of gluten free options for a member of party! Absolutely fantastic wonderful food- strongly recommend the pesto pastas as the pesto is stunning.
